Job Description Sabre Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Senior DevOps Software Engineer to join our technology team. Responsibilities include supporting Sabre’s Development teams, managing deployments and releases using various internal and third-party tools, improve release implementation/deployment by automating changes, investigate/troubleshoot and permanently resolve issues, and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Essentials: Deep knowledge of Java and/or C#.NET software development platforms Clear understanding of various delivery pipeline approaches Design and improve current home grown internal release tool Experience with branching strategies (GIT, SVN, other SCM tools) Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems Additional assets: Understanding of Micro services designs and service oriented architectures Use of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef server configuration management Understanding Infrastructure as Code Experience with AWS is plus but not required Jenkins/ Bamboo or other job control tools Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing May occasionally be required to participate in team on-call support 24x7 Education : Computer Science Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
